Founded and incorporated in 2005 as a new company from the very succesful Health Plans of Florida which was founded in 2001.
Founder and President: Walter Colpitts
Walter W.(Bill) Colpitts has over 30 years of experience in the insurance and finance industry.
He worked for Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant in their Tucson(Arizona) and Palm Beach(Florida) office from 1978-1993. Bill graduated from the University of Arizona in 1977 with a degree in finance and communications. He has also been a guest on National Public Radio, CBS 12 News, and ABC 5 News as a spokesperson/expert for the health insurance industry.
